How Ainovix came about
We saw a gap: Many small and mid-sized businesses want to digitalise — but traditional consulting is often too abstract, off-the-shelf software rarely fits exactly, and there is frequently no in-house IT department.
Ainovix was founded by Elmar Schlosser and Laura Tamayo to close precisely this gap.
As owner and managing director of the tax advisory firm Schlosser & Pfeiffer, Elmar Schlosser brings decades of experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses. He knows the operational, administrative and entrepreneurial challenges of the Mittelstand from daily practice.
Laura Tamayo brings the technological and strategic implementation perspective. As co-founder of Ainovix, she combines process understanding, data expertise, automation and AI with the ability to translate complex requirements into digital solutions that actually work.
In this way, Ainovix combines the experience of an established firm with modern technology, an international perspective and practical execution — clear, pragmatic and close to the everyday reality of small and mid-sized businesses.
